In a ceremony filled with appreciation, Eagle Hills Jordan recognizes 37 from Amman and Aqaba employees who spent a long time working for Eagle Hills Jordan, which lasted 15 years for some of them. In the ceremony that took place at The St. Regis Amman one of Eagle Hills Jordan’s projects, the honored employees received company shields and monetary rewards. This recognition came in appreciation to their efforts and contributions that played a fundamental role in the success story of Eagle Hills Jordan throughout the years.
During the ceremony, the employees expressed their gratitude for Eagle Hills Jordan for this recognition. According to them, it would not have been possible for them to carry on through these years with the same passion without the suitable work environment that the company is keen to provide them with. Work stability, training opportunities, and career development made it possible for them to feel the importance and the impact of their role on the company’s success story. Seeing these important aspects available in the work environment was the incentive that kept driving them for more giving and creativity throughout the years.
The recognition ceremony included a speech for the company CEO, Mr. Abdullah Al Fraihat. In the speech, Al Fraihat expressed his gratitude for the faithful efforts and dedication of the honored employees. Al Fraihat said, “We gather today, as one family, to honor several colleagues who spent long years of their careers with us, and still, contribute with their great and dedicated efforts in moving Eagle Hills Jordan forward: one accomplishment after another.
