PARTIAL FILLING OF SARAYA AQABA LAGOON BREATHES LIFE INTO THE PROJECT

Amman, Jordan – 23 November 2015 – Ushering in a new chapter for the mixed-use development project, Saraya Aqaba announced that it has partially filled its iconic central lagoon, injecting life into the highly anticipated seaside tourism and leisure destination.

Located on the shores of the Red Sea, Saraya Aqaba comprises approximately 634,000 square metres of master planned development that features a unique mix of residential, business and recreational facilities, including five-star hotels, retail outlets, restaurants, a water park, entertainment venues, and other facilities.

Saraya Aqaba’s man-made lagoon sits at the heart of the project, adding 1.5 kilometres of coastline to Aqaba’s shores and providing a picturesque vista that exemplifies the joy of opulent coastal living.

With construction progress confidently on track at the project, the partial filling of the lagoon is one of several key milestones underway at Saraya Aqaba that are designed to give clients and visitors a sense of the integrated lifestyle they will enjoy upon the project’s completion.
