Amman, Jordan – September 25, 2016 – Eagle Hills Jordan recently participated in the Fifteenth Annual Cityscape Global real estate exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 6 to 8, showcasing two of its Jordanian projects, Saraya Aqaba and Marsa Zayed’s Al Raha Village.
Participating under the larger umbrella of Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills Jordan sought to further bring its projects in Jordan’s coastal city of Aqaba to the world stage, connecting and networking with a wide array of prominent stakeholders, including investors, developers, government figures, home buyers, architects, and consultants, along with other real estate professionals.
Commenting on the importance of Cityscape Global, Eagle Hills Jordan CEO Alaa Batayneh said: “This high-profile, once-a-year exhibition is one of the most influential events in the real estate world, as it allows companies to give exposure to their projects on local, regional, and global levels. Participating at Cityscape Global provides us with a tremendous opportunity to create more awareness of our projects in Aqaba, Jordan, and gives us the ability to demonstrate the progress we have made through a high-level world-renowned event.”
Batayneh went on to say that through Cityscape Global, Eagle Hills Jordan marketed its Saraya Aqaba and Al Raha Village developments to a substantial number of stakeholders. “With the exponential progress achieved by both projects, the exposure gained through the exhibition greatly contributes to the expected success upon official completion by the end of 2017.”
Saraya Aqaba, the ultimate destination for refined seaside living, and Al Raha Village, the first private residential community within Marsa Zayed, have reached an increased number of milestones over the past year, including the opening of on-site sales centres and residential mock-up units to give potential homebuyers an exclusive look at the unique lifestyle on offer at the projects. At the beginning of August of this year, Saraya Aqaba announced a momentous accomplishment: the full-flooding of its iconic, centrally located lagoon, extending Aqaba’s coastline by 1.5 km. Both projects are expected to drastically alter the residential living scene in Aqaba, contributing more to the idyllic port city of Aqaba than ever before.
